Releasing the Imposter Somatic healing from displaced shame and imposter syndrome.
Join us for our monthly session with Lauren Dike (Dee-kay), Harmonna.org where she will guide us through a transformative exploration of how unwarranted shame and imposter syndrome manifest in our bodies.
These feelings can show up as:
Physical tension in our shoulders, jaw, and chest when we're the "only one" in professional spaces
A racing heart and shallow breathing when speaking up, even though we know our worth
Persistent digestive issues and fatigue from constantly navigating microaggressions
Muscle armoring and hypervigilance that keeps us from fully relaxing and being present
In this healing space, Lauren will guide us through gentle somatic practices to:
Release stored tension through mindful movement and breath work
Reconnect with our ancestral wisdom and bodily intuition
Learn practical tools for nervous system regulation when facing triggering situations
Build a felt sense of safety and belonging in our bodies
Process and release inherited patterns of trauma and shame

The Stress Reset
Black women carry a lot—for our families, our communities, and at work. But what happens when stress builds up and there’s no real relief? When no amount of "self-care" seems to help?
Here’s the truth: Stress isn’t just mental. It lives in the body. And if we don’t release it, it sticks around—causing fatigue, anxiety, tension, and even health issues.
This powerful, interactive workshop will change how you think about stress forever. You’ll learn:
What’s really causing stress & burnout (it’s not just your to-do list)
Why women of color, especially, need a body-based approach to healing
How to stop stress from controlling your mood, energy & decisions
A fun, feel-good movement session that will leave you lighter, clearer, and more relaxed
No fluff, no lectures—just real tools that actually work and will have you feeling better before you even walk out the door.
Come as you are. No yoga, meditation, or experience needed—just an open mind and a body that deserves to feel good.
