Sessions will start February 3rd, 2025 with sessions held every Monday from 6pm EST- 7pm EST (some classes going until 7:15pm EST)

Yes, all sessions will be recorded and saved to your personal portal within 24 hours after each class.

Cancellations are accepted up to 7 days before the program begins. A full refund will be provided in this time period.
