I’m Here Because I Was Searching for Answers Too

I’ve been there. My journey with anxiety began at six, when the concept of death spiraled me into nightly panic attacks and relentless stomach issues. My parents brushed it off, but the feeling of impending doom was all-consuming. Around the same time, I moved to an all-white area where kids mocked me and asked uncomfortable questions about my identity, though I had no idea that this, too, was trauma—too much, too soon, too fast. Stress later showed up in eye twitches, an eating disorder, and toxic relationship patterns.

On the outside, I was thriving: a track star, a former professional athlete, and building a successful career in finance. But each morning, I woke up wanting to disappear, hoping to escape the anxiety within. Eventually, my body shut down—I couldn’t focus at work, withdrew from people, and became pessimistic. Food and alcohol became my comfort and safety, yet they also contributed to significant weight gain and increased anxiety. Medication and talk therapy fell short, leaving me feeling hopeless until I finally understood I could partner with my body instead of fighting against it. True healing began when I stopped relying on short-term fixes and started building trust and safety from within.

Our 4-Step Framework to Help You Heal, Feel Energized, and Enjoy Life Again

    • We begin with an intake session to understand your habits, beliefs, challenges, and goals.

    • We’ll assess the current state of your nervous system to create a customized plan tailored to your unique needs.

    • The first two weeks focus on creating safety in your body, which is crucial for long-term success.

    • We’ll use somatic exercises and subconscious survival belief shifting to help you feel grounded.

    • You'll be introduced to state-of-the-art technology to track biometric and lifestyle data, keeping you accountable and helping me guide you throughout the program.

    • Once your body feels safe, we’ll work on shifting unhelpful thought patterns through parts work and inner child healing.

    • This phase allows us to safely access the underlying beliefs driving unhelpful behaviors like overeating, overthinking, imposter syndrome, and toxic relationships.

    • The final weeks are dedicated to integrating these tools into your daily life and locking in all of your new found knowledge.

    • We’ll set up your toolbox to lean on when life gets tough, ensuring you can maintain balance in real-world situations.

    • We’ll explore additional bodywork tools to boost your progress and create a sustainable action plan moving forward.
