I’m a certified somatic practitioner, coach, and consultant who knows what it’s like to be burned out, disconnected, and running on empty. I’ve walked the path back to inner peace and alignment—and now I help others do the same.

My work guides people inward, into the language of the body, where real healing and sustainable change begin. And while it might sound “woo,” it’s deeply rooted in neurobiology, behavioral science, and lived experience.

Through 1:1 coaching, workshops, and speaking, I teach that progress doesn’t come from pushing harder—it starts with creating self-safety. I help clients understand that their body’s responses aren’t flaws—they’re protective mechanisms doing their job. Together, we learn how to work with the nervous system, not against it, so they can shift from survival mode to a life of deeper connection, clarity, and purpose.
