I’m a certified somatic practitioner, coach, and holistic nutritionist who knows firsthand the toll of burnout and the journey to reclaim peace and alignment. My mission is to help others discover their own path to wellbeing by guiding them inward—into the wisdom of their own bodies.
Through 1:1 coaching, workshops, and speaking engagements, I teach that true progress begins with building self-safety. My approach empowers clients to understand that their body’s responses are not flaws to be fixed but essential functions designed to protect them. Together, we explore how these protective patterns can sometimes limit growth and how to gently reshape them to support a life of greater connection, clarity, and purpose.
