Transforming Workplace Stress from the Inside Out

This Isn’t Just About Burnout. It’s About How We’re Wired to Survive.

I help organizations and leaders transform workplace stress into sustainable performance addressing burnout where it actually lives: in the body.

Most workplace wellness programs focus on the mind while ignoring the body’s role in stress, trauma, and performance.

Through science-backed somatic methods, Lauren helps teams and leaders rewire how their nervous systems process stress, creating sustainable capacity for connection, collaboration, and peak performance.

Lauren Dike

Somatic Practitioner, Wellness Consultant,
Nervous System Specialist

My work is rooted in both lived experience and professional expertise. I’ve been the high performer who burned out. The only Black woman in the room who had to hold it all together. The leader who over-functioned because rest felt unsafe.

Through this work, I help people unlearn survival patterns and build the capacity to show up fully — without burning out or shutting down.

My approach is evidence-based, trauma-informed, and deeply human. And it's designed to leave you with tools you’ll actually use, long after our work together ends.

For Individuals

You’ve done the mindset work. The journaling. The coaching. But the burnout, overwhelm, or disconnection still lingers.

I work with high-achieving women — especially Black women — who are ready to stop powering through and start leading from a place of clarity, capacity, and self-connection.

Offerings include:

  • Somatic Group Coaching

  • 1:1 or Small Group Leadership Coaching

  • Tools for regulating stress, breaking performance patterns, and expanding your window of tolerance

Speaking Engagements

Looking for a speaker who can move beyond buzzwords and speak to what’s really happening under the surface?

I deliver keynotes, fireside chats, and panels that go deep into the intersections of stress, leadership, identity, and inclusion. Always science-backed. Always embodied. Always real.

Topics include:

  • Nervous System Health at Work

  • Trauma-Informed Leadership

  • Black Women and Burnout
